A moisture-laden system from Texas, with some embedded thunderstorms, was dumping significant rain across southern Ontario. A severe thunderstorm watch issued Tuesday morning for Sarnia-Lambton ended early in the afternoon.
The municipality has not yet identified a preferred solution.
