(BlackburnNews.com stock photo)A 20-year-old Sarnia man is charged with possession of child pornography following an investigation by the Sarnia Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Investigation Unit.
Police seized a computer from a Sarnia home on April 26, and arrested a city man on May 13.
The man is awaiting his first court appearance.
The Sarnia police ICE Unit is a partner of Ontario’s provincial strategy to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation on the internet.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
