Today is Earth Day! The City of Sarnia is marking the day by announcing the winners of the inaugural Go Green Awards. Blackwater Coffee Company wins for Business Stewardship in the small business category, while Enbridge Green Power takes the medium-large business category. Brenda Lorenz wins Eco-Warrior and Greenest Classroom is awarded to Mrs. Lumley's Grade 5 class at Rosedale Public School. Community Stewardship goes to Return the Landscape and Youth or Youth Group is awarded to Brandon Vale. The winners will receive special recognition at the beginning of Sarnia City Council's regular meeting on May 9.
