Lambton Public Health is reminding parents once again to 'Call the Shots'.
Supervisor Erin Courtney says they're still waiting for updated immunization records for 1,100 elementary students.
She says records must be updated by Friday, May 13 or children will be suspended from school as of May 16.
Courtney says all children, 18 years and younger, require the vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus, polio, mumps, rubella, measles, meningitis, whooping cough, and chicken pox.
"Lambton Public Health wants all children to be in a safe and healthy environment at school and in order to maintain this all student immunization records must be up to date and on file with us," says Courtney.
Parents can update the records online at www.lambtonhealth.on.ca, by phone or in person at the Point Edward office.
Lambton Public Health is holding three clinics April 27th, 28th and May 10th for those students who require vaccinations.
