Damage is pegged at around $20,000 after a fire broke out at a single family home in Brights Grove.
Sarnia Fire Rescue Services says on Friday around 8pm, firefighters responded to the blaze on Lakewood Ave. to find smoke coming from the main floor of the two storey home. Fire crews quickly knocked down the blaze, containing it to the living room.
All the residents were outside of the home when firefighters arrived and no one was injured.
The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental and electrical in nature.
