There's a change in ownership at two golf courses in north Lambton. GolfNorth Properties is purchasing Forest Golf & Country Hotel in Forest and will take over operations February 17. The 27-hole course has been renamed Forest Golf Club & Inn. In a news release on its website, GolfNorth announces it has also purchased the assets of Sand Hills Golf Club in Port Franks and will assume control in March. With the acquisitions, GolfNorth will be operating 29 Canadian golf courses.
