City/County Councillor Andy Bruziewicz says he has no problem increasing personal support workers hours at Marshall Gowland Manor to meet the growing demands of high-needs residents. County staff is proposing the equivalent of two full-time staff positions be added at a cost of about $123,000 in additional wages. In just one of MGM's four residential areas, 21 of 31 residents need full assistance during meal times.
