It's one of the biggest events of the year for the International Symphony Orchestra this weekend.
Stratford-based band Rant Maggie Rant will accompany a Celtic, pipe and drum ensemble as well as dancers from the Sarnia School of Irish Dance for shows in Sarnia and Port Huron.
ISO Executive Director Anne Brown says the "Fiddles and Kilts" is a fusion of world influences.
"I think sometimes when people think of Celtic music often they think of Irish and Scottish predominately," says Brown. "Although those are major influences, certainly other influences are incorporated."
The first performance is Friday at 7:30pm at Sarnia's Imperial Theatre, followed by a repeat performance Saturday night at Port Huron's McMorran Theatre.
