A Christmas tradition continues on the front lawn of Sarnia's Redeemer Lutheran Church. It's the 37th annual Live Nativity Scene. Reverend Roger Ellis says it's a community effort to put on the display every year. "We must have at least 50 people that have been involved in the nativity scene, both those who are responsible for getting the costumes ready and getting people dressed to go into the set, and those who set up the scene and bring the animals from the farm each night," says Ellis. "It's really a lot of work by a great team of people."
The live nativity scene will be on display on the front lawn of the church at 429 Indian Rd. N Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 6pm to 9pm. Ellis says there will be community carol singing beginning at 7:30pm.
