Improving Mental Health Services

St. Clair Child and Youth Services will lead the region in a provincial push to transform mental health services for youth.

Board of Directors President Brian White says it's part of the Moving on Mental Health program.

White says they're conducting online surveys, telephone interviews and focus groups to gather feedback on how to strengthen the delivery of services.

The goal is to identify the top three priorities for improving the current system.

The transformation will take a few years and is hoped to result in easier access, improved transitions and better services.
