Jury selection is underway for the second time in the first degree murder trial of 56-year old James Province. Two jurors were discharged Friday as the result of issues that arose after testimony began Wednesday of last week. Not wanting to continue the trial with ten jurors, Justice Bruce Thomas declared a mistrial Friday. A new set of 12 jurors is being selected Monday and Tuesday, with the new trial scheduled to begin later this week. Province is charged in the September 7, 2012 death of his 50-year old estranged wife Joanne Underhill. Police say the mother of three was found stabbed to death in her Twin Lakes Dr. home.
