A Sarnia man was found slumped over the wheel of his car Saturday evening in the 2200 block of London Line. Police say the vehicle was running and the driver's foot was on the brake. There was also a child in the car. The 26-year-old driver was taken to the Sarnia police station where he blew three times the legal limit. He's being held for a bail hearing and faces an impaired driving charge, being over the legal limit and three breaches of his release conditions stemming from an outstanding drinking and driving charge.
