The Sarnia Police Traffic Unit is looking for witnesses to a crash in the 1900 block of Confederation Line that resulted in the death of an elderly man.
Police, Sarnia Fire and Lambton EMS responded to the single vehicle crash just before 8pm Monday evening.
Police say the vehicle, a 2007 black GMC Sierra, was travelling down a private road running north off Confederation Line when it left the roadway and ended up in a ditch.
The 70-year-old male driver was found unresponsive by a citizen who performed CPR until paramedics arrived.
The man was taken to Bluewater Health where he was pronounced dead.
