Moving the huge vessel from the Government Docks to Styrolution on Tashmoo Ave. was expected to be a day-long operation but it arrived at its destination over the noon hour.
Sarnia Police Services Constable John Sottosanti says drivers were advised to avoid the area.
Approximately 25 Bluewater Power customers were notified their power might be affected between 9am and 4pm.
