(BlackburnNews.com photo)Over 300 contractors will be working on a major maintenance project that begins at the Sarnia Shell Manufacturing Complex this week.
Spokesman Randy Provencal says it's a routine project to inspect units to ensure they're operating safely.

The project is expected to wrap up in late October.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
