An information picket was held Tuesday morning at the Green Electron Power Plant under construction in St.Clair Township.
Over 200 union workers at the construction site have been protesting since 6am.
Workers are complaining of poor work practices and an unsafe work environment at the site.
Since April 2013, the Ministry of Labour has written over 200 orders for a variety of reasons including live electrical panels with no covers, and inadequate ventilation.
The 300 megawatt Eastern Power facility is being built on Oil Springs line near the former LGS site.
