Lambton OPP arrested a man for impaired driving on Friday night while investigating another driving incident on Lambton Line in Euphemia Township.
A vehicle was pulled over for a Highway Traffic Act violation which resulted in the driver contacting a friend for a ride home.
The friend was observed by police in a silver pick-up driving suspiciously and making multiple U-turns in the area.
He told police he got lost while on the way to pick up his friend.
However, OPP formed the opinion that the driver of the motor vehicle was impaired due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
As a result, a 62-year-old Bothwell man was arrested and charged with impaired driving.
A 20-year old man from Wallaceburg has been charged with impaired driving after Lambton OPP noticed a driver of a motor vehicle roll through a stop sign on Holt Line near Hwy. 40 in St. Clair Township Saturday morning, just after 2am.
