The OPP is investigating a crash on the eastbound 402 this morning. Police say a black SUV allegedly cut off a minivan while attempting to pass a tractor trailer just east of Oil Heritage Rd. shortly after 7am. To avoid a crash, the minivan was forced to leave the travelled portion of the highway striking a guardrail and ending up in the median. A passenger in the minivan was taken to hospital with minor injuries. OPP are asking anyone who may have been in the area at the time or witnessed the crash to contact police.
