A young driver was handed a ticket in Sarnia Monday for taking a photo while he drove by the scene of a motor vehicle collision. One woman sustained minor injuries in a crash involving three vehicles on London Rd. near Superior St. just after the noon hour. A police officer, on scene helping with traffic control, saw a 19-year-old male drive by, holding up a cellphone, taking photos of the collision. He was issued a ticket for driving while using a handheld device. A 39-year-old female was charged with following too closely in connection with the crash.
