An Ontario Municipal Board hearing into land use in St. Clair Township gets underway today at 10:30 in the township's municipal office.
Property owner Jim Seward wants to use part of his property at 497 Courtright Line to recycle industrial materials such as asphalt and cement into gravel.
He also wants to recycle mud from petroleum well drilling and excavations .
Council turned down the proposal citing concerns from neighbors and strategic development differences.
