A veteran meteorologist says there's an unusual weather scenario in Ontario this week that he has never seen in his 30-plus years with Environment Canada. Geoff Coulson says there are heat warnings posted in much of northern Ontario and parts of southern and eastern Ontario but the weather is less oppressive here in the normally very hot southwest. He says lake effect moderation is part of the reason for lower humidity in Sarnia-Lambton.
