Lambton OPP were called to the site just before 8pm Sunday after nearby campers heard two males get into a verbal confrontation.
As a result, one of the men was arrested for breach of the peace and possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.
He has a court date of September 23 in Sarnia to answer to the charges.
