As a result of forecasted rain Saturday, Brights Grove Optimists have decided to cancel Canada Day celebrations in the area. As well, Canada Day celebrations in Petrolia on Wednesday have been moved from Bridgeview Park to Greenwood Park. Bear Creek has spilled over its banks following heavy rains earlier this week and with more precipitation tomorrow, Bridgeview just wouldn't be passable. Hull Bus Lines Free Fireworks will run as scheduled, to and from the new drop off point.
