A 39-year-old woman allegedly stabbed a 39-year-old man in the 300-block of Confederation St.
Police were searching for the alleged weapon in that area.
The man suffered non life threatening injuries. The woman faces several charges including assault with a weapon.
Sarnia police are thanking the media and the public for their assistance in the matter.
The completed study is slated to be presented to council in late September.
