A preliminary hearing will be scheduled in London for a 27-year-old man charged with murder in the deaths of his Warwick Township parents last July.
Jeremy Gubbels of London made another video appearance in Sarnia court this morning (Friday).
He's been remanded in custody until March 12, to set a date for a preliminary hearing that will be held in London.
A preliminary hearing determines if there's sufficient evidence to send the matter to trial.
There could be an application to move the trial as well.
Gubbels is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of his parents, Susan and Mario Gubbels.
