This year's Bluewater Health Foundation Dream Home Lottery is a sell out.
The last ticket in the 20th annual draw was purchased at the hospital gift shop Saturday morning.
Foundation Executive Director Kathy Alexander says they haven't had a sell out for three years.

This year's grand prize home includes the appliances, electronics and furniture valued at over $512,000.
The draw for the Kamal Dr. home is Friday February 20.
There is an early bird draw on Valentines Day for $2,000 and a .25 carat diamond.
