The Sarnia-Lambton NDP's nomination meeting for this year's federal election is set for Sunday afternoon. Heading into the meeting there were two announced candidates. Jason McMichael is a lifelong Sarnia resident and local Canada Customs officer. Joe Hill is a retired front-line Nortel employee, avid cyclist and chair of the Sarnia Environmental Advisory Committee. The nomination meeting is at 2pm at the Unifor Hall on Devine St. A federal election is expected in October.
