A fog advisory was in effect for Grey and Bruce Counties.
Environment Canada issued the advisory just after 3:30 a.m. Saturday saying it would continue for several hours.
As of 8:30 a.m., the fog advisory had been lifted everywhere except for the Bruce Peninsula.
According to the weather agency, there were areas of near-zero visibility due to the dense fog.
Motorists were warned that travel could be hazardous due to the reduced visibility.
