OPP charge Georgian Bluffs man in road rage incident

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Grey Bruce have laid charges in a road rage incident.

The OPP said that they responded to a parking lot on Highway 6 and 21 in Georgian Bluffs, at around 9:45 a.m. Friday.

Officers saw two vehicles upon arrival. They determined that the suspect had threatened to harm the victim and was following them from parking spot to parking spot.

Police also found that the suspect had damaged the victim's car by hitting it with their fist.

A 50-year-old Georgian Bluffs man faces charges including mischief and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

He has since been released and is scheduled to appear in court on October 19, 2023.
