UPDATE: Perth County OPP locate hit-and-run driver

Perth County OPP have located a vehicle they believe was involved in a hit-and-run on Saturday morning.

In an update via Twitter, police said that "the driver and truck have been located and dealt with."

The alleged incident happened around 6:40 a.m. on Perth Road 180, just north of Dublin. Police suggest that someone was injured in the hit-and-run, but did not provide any details on the extent of those injuries.

The suspect vehicle had a distinctive decal on the back window, according to Perth OPP. They also said there could be damage on the drivers side.

Anyone who has information about the vehicle or incident in question was asked to contact OPP.
