A three-vehicle collision northeast of Drayton left one person with serious injuries.
In a statement released Tuesday, provincial police said it appears a tractor trailer, minivan, and SUV collided around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the intersection of Wellington Road 7 and Wellington Road 12 near Parker Meats.
Wellington OPP, Mapleton Fire Rescue, Guelph Wellington Paramedics and Hydro One all responded to the scene.
The driver of the SUV was hurt but police said their injuries are not life threatening. No one else was hurt.
The intersection was closed for five hours while police investigated. Any witnesses are asked to call Wellington County OPP.
