One dead, Two Injured in Head-On Crash

One person is dead and two others in hospital following a head-on collision this (Friday) afternoon in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.

Ontario Provincial Police says it happened just after 12 noon;  a Dodge RAM pick-up and Ford Escape collided head-on on Grey County Road 4, the driver of the Dodge RAM pronounced dead at the scene.

Two others were airlifted to a Toronto area hospital with serious injuries.

Grey County Road 4 is closed from Grey Road 63 to Grey Road 124 for the protection of emergency responders.

Motorists are asked to respect the closure and avoid the area.

The investigation is in its early stages.
