Attack working with fans after season was cancelled

The Owen Sound Attack wants to work with fans after the rest of the OHL season was cancelled.

The team notes there is a ticket policy but the Attack office at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre is closed until April 6, 2020. So no refunds will be processed until the City of Owen Sound re-opens the centre to the public.

For Season Tickets Members, there will be a credit against the 2020-21 season ticket membership. If a member decides not to renew, the team will offer a refund. Season Ticket members will be asked to complete the form included in their renewal packages.

For Single Game Tickets, the walk-up purchaser will have the opportunity to either put it in a flex card they can use in the future for tickets or will be provided a refund via the purchase method. They will be required to bring their tickets in to the box office to complete the refund. Those who purchased their tickets through the online system will be provided a refund directly onto their credit card.

For Group Tickets, they will be refunded either by cheque or on the method of payment used to purchase. Groups will be contacted once the office re-opens to start the process.

And team officials will contact those groups that had suite rentals to discuss options.
