The Sarnia Legionnaires (2-5-0-1) lost for the fifth time in six games, falling 3-1 to the St. Marys Lincolns (7-0-1-1) in GOJHL action at the Brock St. Barn.

The game was scoreless after two periods before Logan Gardner notched a powerplay goal 1:06 into the third. Nolan DeGurse and Ben Schoch added assists.

Mason Mantzvarakos scored a powerplay goal of his own to tie the game at the 9:35 mark.

Ethan Lamoureux put the Lincolns ahead 2-1 six minutes later, and Thomas McLachtie potted an empty netter to seal the win.

Legionnaires goalie Jakob Knowles made 32 saves on 34 shots while Gleb Poliakov stopped 18 of 19 shots in the Lincolns net.
