Play has started at various International Silver Stick Finals.
The Juvenile tournament is in Mooretown. Listowel is in the "B" Division. Goderich, Lucknow, Seaforth and South Bruce are competing in a ten team "C" division. Games start Thursday and continue through to Sunday.
Lucknow won its first game 4-2 over Seaforth, Goderich lost 9-1 to Newcastle and South Bruce fell 6-2 to Schomberg.
In Pelham, the BCH Bantam Local League team is competing and will play three round robin games starting Friday at 8am to try to make the playoffs. And the Mitchell Bantam "AE" team is competing but lost its first game 1-0 to a Virginia team Thursday morning and lost 5-2 to Pelham. Mitchell is scheduled to play another game Friday morning at 10:30am.
At the International Silver Stick in Forest, Mitchell and South Huron will play in the PeeWee "B" Division with games starting Friday morning. In PeeWee "C", West Grey and Dundalk suit up for a Friday morning start. In Midget, Kincardine plays in the "B" Division and Minto in "C".
