As part of the upcoming WOAA 75th anniversary celebration in 2017, the WOAA is encouraging communities to nominate their sports legends.
Those are individuals in WOAA communities who have helped promote, organize and maintain hockey, softball and baseball programs.
Communities can help by nominating an appropriate community volunteer who meets the criteria.
Forms are available through the WOAA office.
There is also a from to confirm an organization, business or individual who will serve as the patron for the nominee and provide the nomination fee.
