WOAA Senior Hockey Leaders

Two WOAA Senior Hockey clubs are off to hot starts.

The Clinton Radars lead the south division with a 9-0-1 record. The high powered offense has outscored opponents 75-18 so far this season. Five Radars players are in the top six when it comes to the league's scoring leaders. Tyler Doig has 31 points in 7 games, followed closely by teammate Kurtis Bartliff who has 30 points. The team's only loss was on Oct. 24 when the Radars lost 4-3 in overtime to Tavistock.

In the north, Mapleton-Minto is a perfect 8-0 and is outscoring opponents 54-17. Scott Tregunna and Andrew Coburn leading the way with 17 points apiece.

Both division leaders are in action Friday night with Clinton in Petrolia and Mapelton-Minto in Durham.

The Toronto Blue Jays lost 7-6 in 10 innings to Tampa Bay. The Kitchener Rangers are OHL champions.
