The St. Mary's Mustangs swept the Bluewater Athletic Association Cross Country Championships yesterday at the Hepworth Sawmill Trails.The Mustangs captured the boys championship, the girls championship and the overall championship.
In the junior boys event, Mustang runners made up five of the top ten finishers. Jeremy Davidson was first, Mark Giefert took second and Ryan Ames finished third. Mekal Patos and Braden Lahnes finished 8th and 10th respectively.
Organizers say every school in the district was represented at the event.
