A Wroxeter man says it's hard to believe that it's been five years since his brother has been gone.
35-year old Ryan Gallaher was seriously hurt in a motorbike crash in Vietnam in 2010. His mother, who lived south of Belleville at the time, tried to get government help to bring him home while he was in a coma but he died just shy of two months after the crash.
This weekend, Ty Gallaher, is keeping his brother's memory alive with the 5th Annual Memorial Co-Ed ball touranment in Wroxeter. He says he and his brother were close and the tournament is one way to keep the memories alive. Gallaher says this year volunteers have come out in droves to help set up the weekend.
10 teams are in the tournament in Wroxeter with games starting Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
Gallaher says people are welcome to come watch some ball and share in some memories.
