Three golfers share the lead after day one of the Seaforth Country Classic.
Eric Hawerchuck of Barrie, Daniel Kim of Atlanta, Georgia and Matt Code of Belleville all finished up at four-under 66.
Hawerchuck played in last year's Classic and is happy to be back even after missing out on qualifying for the Canadian Open in a playoff.
He says he scrambled on the front nine shooting three birdies, an eagle and three bogies but came back with two more birdies on the back nine.
Kim was playing the course for the first time and thought it was in great shape.
He played the front nine at on cruise control but had to scramble on the back nine to finish with his 66.
Code finished later but also with a 66. Play starts today at nine o'clock.
