Former Toronto Blue Jay Jesse Barfield has been in Huron County the past two days working with the region's young ball players.
The two time gold glover ran drills and signed autographs at the 3rd Annual Clinton Minor Baseball Camp.

Barfield runs similar clinics throughout Canada and says the extra coaching is important due to the small summer window for Canadian Baseball players. He adds with the amount of ball players that play hockey getting the mechanics right is key.

Huron Bruce MP Ben Lobb and Clinton Minor Baseball hosted the 3rd Annual Clinton Minor Baseball Camp on July 13th and 14th. The camp, was two days of youth focused baseball instruction, and sold out for the 3rd consecutive year. Along with Barfield NCAA Head Baseball Coach Mark Brew was also in attendance.
Rain or shine young ball players took part in the Clinton Minor Baseball Camp.
