The 2015 Goderich Guns-N-Hoses Charity Hockey Game raised $7,376 for the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund and Goderich-Huron YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.
Representatives from the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund and the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign accepted an equal share of the donation this week.
A few hundred fans took in the charity hockey game on Saturday, April 11th and supported the two local charities.
In a release, the Huron OPP say they "doused" the Goderich Fire Department 8-4 in the game but admit it was the charities who were the real winners.
