The first weekend of the Young Canada Week Peewee Hockey Tournament is in the books.
Wingham won the Boys "C" Final with a 2-1 double overtime win over West Grey on Sunday. And the Wingham/Lucknow Girls team came away with silver in the "C" final, falling short 2-0 against Ilderton.
The Young Canada Week Peewee Hockey Tournament will resume this weekend with teams competing in the "D" and Local League divisions. Games start Friday morning at 10:30am and continue through the weekend with the finals late Sunday afternoon and early evening.
