The Owen Sound Attack has released more info on this weekend’s Rogers Hometown Hockey celebrations.
Former Owen Sound Plater Wayne Primeau will be on-hand for the event - along with former NHL all-star goalie Curtis Joseph and current Toronto Maple Leafs Morgan Rielly and Jake Gardiner.
The weekend will start with the Attack/Guelph Storm game on Saturday, where three time women's Olympic hockey champion Jennifer Botterill will make the ceremonial face-off. Ron McClean wil host the Rogers Hometown Hockey broadcast from the Harry Lumley Bayshore on Sunday night, when the Tampa Bay Lightning visit the Ottawa Senators.
In the meantime, there will be a pancake breakfast at the Bayshore on Sunday morning from 10am to 12pm.
