Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is looking for more information about a dog biting incident that happened in Stratford earlier this month.
The incident reportedly occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 16, along Church Street.
A person was allegedly bitten by a dog described as an Australian Shepherd, with long, tan-coloured fur. A second dog was also present, and is also described as an Australian Shepherd with long, black and white spotted fur.
HPPH would like to speak to the person who was bitten and to the owner of the dog, to check if its rabies vaccination status is up to date.

Residents are reminded when they are involved in an animal incident to obtain the animal owner’s contact information.
