The "Meet Me in Minto" initiative being launched by the town is meant to be "an exciting new initiative designed to increase visitation, strengthen local businesses, and showcase Minto as a destination worth the drive," a statement from the Town of Minto shared.

This program aims to provide local businesses and attractions with training, marketing support, digital tools and more to create memorable visitor experiences that enhance tourism and economic growth.

Businesses interested in learning more are encouraged to attend the Meet Me in Minto Kick-Off Presentation and Workshop on October 8 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Palmerston Community Centre. The session will be led by placemaking expert Leslie Fournier of Your Town Rising.
