Following the incident, the golf course initially announced an indefinite closure while expressing deep gratitude on social media to staff and first responders for their quick response and dedication.
"Thank you so much for your incredible support, patience, and understanding over the past few days," said an update from the golf course posted to Facebook. "It truly means a lot to us."
Due to the temporary operational changes, the Men's Senior Scramble has been cancelled with refunds available through management, and the Tuesday Mixed League has been postponed until September 8. All other scheduled leagues will proceed as planned, and management has released additional information on its Facebook page to guide returning players through the updated temporary procedures.
