One person is dead after an early morning house fire in the Municipality of Bluewater.
Firefighters, police, and paramedics were called to the burning home on Parr Line around 2:45 a.m. on Monday.
An 82-year-old, found inside, was pronounced dead at the scene, Huron County OPP confirmed.
The name of the deceased has not been released.
The offices of the Fire Marshal and Chief Coroner, along with the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service and local fire officials, are working to determine the cause of the fire and the circumstances surrounding the death.
