Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce is set to host its 6th Annual Bruce Peninsula Car Tour and Classic Car Show this weekend.
The show will be held Sunday, August 6, starting with the car tour, which will start with cars gathering from 10-11 a.m. at either Port Elgin’s PLEX or the Sauble Beach Community Centre. Volunteers will distribute physical route maps guiding drivers through scenic back-roads along Lake Huron. The tour will make its way through Sauble Beach, Oliphant, Red Bay, Howdenvale, Pike Bay, and Wiarton. Following that, everyone will convene at the newly rebuilt Royal Canadian Legion facility in Hepworth for the car show.
Attendees can take in lunch, view classic cars parked at the Hepworth Shallow Lake Legion Park, and participate in a 50/50 charity draw. All money raised will support the work done by Crime Stoppers in Grey and Bruce counties.
