Wellington County OPP are trying to track down the man who broke into an Arthur gas station and made off with cigarettes and other merchandise.
Police were called about the break-in on Smith Street around 2:15 a.m. on Monday. Officers arrived within minutes, but the robber had already taken off.
Investigators determined a man forcibly entered the business, stuffed an undetermined amount of smokes and other items into a garbage bag, and then ran.
He was last seen in a black hatchback sedan heading southbound on Smith Street.
On Thursday, police released a description and a photo of the suspect. He is described as a Caucasian man wearing black shorts, a black sweater, black gloves, a black mask, and a black toque with a headlamp on top.
